The event featured remarks from the Director General of Primary Care and Community Health, a symbolic handover of program results to provincial and district governments, and an interactive “gallery walk” showcasing practical innovations in maternal and newborn health services. Approximately 250 participants attended, including senior Ministry of Health officials, provincial and district leaders, frontline healthcare providers, and community health workers (kaders).
While MCGL concludes in May 2026, the U.S. government support for Indonesia’s health sector will continue via the America First Global Health Strategy.
